All are welcome. Bring warmth through courage, layers of clothing, a woolly hat and a hot drink. 

 Please note that this is a community event and Take to the Water may not be available every Monday. If you are new to Cold Water Swimming and would like to give it a go or you have any questions, please drop a DM to Take to the Water so we can make sure you access the water in safe and supported environment. We will always aim to have experienced volunteers present at all events.
