Hello Pirates! Come on down to participate in OP-13's prerelease! Players receive 6 packs and build a 40-card deck! Players will also have a 10-card Don deck. There are no banned or restricted cards, and players can include as many copies of cards with the same card number as they like (for sealed format, there is no 4-card limit; you can play with anything that you open). Any cards left over from deck construction are treated as sideboard cards.

For participating, players will receive a “3rd Anniversary Tournament 3 Brothers Pack” (3rd Anniversary Leader Card + 1 of 3 cards at random)  and will also receive “3rd Anniversary Tournament Pack” (2 cards per pack, out of a 75 card pool)! Players will be placed in 8-player pods (or as close to 8 as possible), and will play 3 rounds. After 3 rounds, the winner of the 8-player pod will receive a promo – ST01-012 Monkey.D.Luffy, OP07-053 Portgas.D.Ace, OP09-027 Sabo (Silver Foil + Gold Stamp)! (Prizing subject to change – Bandai hasn’t clearly announced prizes yet)
