Welcome to Weight loss support - a small group education session led by your local healthcare team about how to make lifestyle changes to reduce your weight. We will provide you with information on various weightloss promagrammes within the locality and where required we can refer you to these programmes.

We will also be sharing tips and advice on how to improve your lifetsyle through exercise, nutrition, and stress management. You will be able to ask the healthcare team about any questions you may have, and there will be an opportunity to access other local services that can support you with health and wellbeing.
