Kids of all ages are encouraged to dress in their patriotic best to follow Uncle Sam (aka Sheriff Joshua Ray) around Central Park. Kids can walk or ride their decorated strollers, bikes, scooters, or motored vehicles. The event is free to attend, but come a little early to get your entry number! See you there!
