• Located in Bollate, a section of Milan, Italy
• Weekly Rate: $940 - $3,940 (February 6th - 14th, 2026).
• Staying at our official hotel guarantees discount pricing and proximity to the Trip Host and most Travelers on this Trip.
• You’re free to stay elsewhere, but hotels outside of our official arrangement will be more expensive, further away from Milan and Cortina, and separate from most of our Travel Group.

Our Official Hotel is in Bollate, a 19-minute train ride to the Cinque Vie/Downtown section of Milan. The name, website, and address of our Official Hotel will only be shared with those who RSVP on Meetup, and the link for discounted pricing for our Official Hotel, and for getting the Reserve Now, Pay Later, and Free Cancellation options for your hotel booking, will only be shared with those who register and pay the Trip Deposit in advance.

Day 1: Friday, February 6th – Arrival in Milan - Arrive and check in at our Official Hotel in Bollate. Receive gift and wine. Welcome Dinner with fellow Travelers.

Day 2: Saturday, February 7th – Milan Exploration & Olympic Opening Ceremony. Morning: Walking tour of Milan’s landmarks. Afternoon: Free time for shopping or museums. Evening: Watch the live Olympic Opening Ceremony in person or at a Watch Party Venue nearby.

Day 3: Sunday, February 8th – Olympics & Lake Como - Attend Olympics events (skiing, skating, etc.). Optional day trip to famous lake nearby. Evening: Group Dinner or explore on your own.

Day 4: Monday, February 9th – Olympics & Nightlife - Attend Olympics events or explore nearby castles. Evening: Dinner & Nightlife at World Famous Venue.

Day 5: Tuesday, February 10th – Day Trip to Verona - Full-day excursion to Verona. Evening: Free time or Olympics event.

Day 6: Wednesday, February 11th – More Olympics & Art - Attend Olympics events. Afternoon: Visit some of the oldest shopping malls and/or art museums.

Day 7: Thursday, February 12th – Olympics or 2nd Famous Lake nearby. Attend Olympics events or day trips to Famous Lake. Evening: Wine Tasting Dinner.

Day 8: Friday, February 13th – Final Events & Farewell Dinner Morning: Final Olympics events or sightseeing. Evening: Farewell Dinner, Valentine’s Themed for Singles and Couples

• Check out and transfer to the airport.
• Secure & Guarantee your Reserved Spot for this Group Trip & Guided Tour at the 50% Refundable Deposit of $108/Person by November 30, 2024. Starting December 1, 2024, those paying the Trip Deposit on or after this date are eligible to receive a 50% Refund. On January 1st, 2025, the trip deposit increases to $150/Person, and is 50% Refundable through November 30, 2025, should you cancel. Any cancellations after 11/30/25 are non-refundable.
