Welcome to MoThrow 2025!
Here we go again! It time for the 11th annual Mo-Throw! Our “Backyard Games” where we come out, throw all the traditional Scottish Heavy Athletics events and raise money for the Movember Foundation. The Movember foundation is a charity that supports treatments and research on testicular and Prostate cancer, men’s health initiatives, and men’s mental health and suicide prevention. It’s a very trusted and transparent charity that we are very enthusiastic to support. We invite you to join our Mo-Throw Movember team, come out and have a great time, and raise some money for a great cause. Same great venue as the last few years. Last year we made a combined donation of over $9,000. Lets see if we can beat that and make this year the best Mo-Throw yet!
