Rather than simply listening to sound, a vibroacoustic mat allows the person receiving the session to physically feel the sound and vibration through the body, creating an immersive experience that can be incorporated into sound healing, meditation, energy work, relaxation sessions, and other wellness practices. During this workshop, we'll show you how we use our haptic sound mat at Cosmic Sol Sedona and give you practical tools for designing your own sessions. What You'll Learn We'll explore: • What vibroacoustic sound healing is and how it works • How a haptic sound mat delivers sound and vibration through the body • How to use the mat safely and intentionally with clients • How to choose music, frequencies, and sounds based on the intention of a session • How to create and organize playlists for different session goals • How to structure a complete vibroacoustic sound healing experience • Ways to combine vibroacoustic sound with your existing healing or wellness practice • Practical considerations we've learned from working with the mat ourselves Experience the Mat Yourself This isn't just a lecture. You'll also have an opportunity to experience the haptic sound mat for yourself so you can feel what your future clients would experience during a session. You'll be able to explore how different sounds and music translate into physical vibration and begin thinking about how you could create your own unique experiences. Who Is This For? This workshop is designed for sound healers, energy healers, Reiki practitioners, meditation facilitators, coaches, bodyworkers, wellness practitioners, and anyone interested in incorporating vibroacoustic sound into their work. You do not need previous experience with vibroacoustic sound healing to attend. Certificate of Completion Participants who complete the workshop will receive a Certificate of Completion from Cosmic Sol Sedona for the Vibroacoustic Sound Healing Practitioner Workshop.
