Rejuvenate & Illuminate is a guided soul experience rooted in yoga and authentic self-expression. Featuring Himalayan Kriya and Kundalini-inspired practices, intuitive art making, embodied dance, sound healing and communing with Mother Nature and community--  we invite you to reconnect to yourself and reclaim your inner radiance.

• Sharing Circle(s) and Soulful Connection Practices for Relationship Building (with guest facilitator Sara Krevoy)
• Outdoor practice on Sedona vortex land
• Gentle restorative yoga + sound healing journey
• Embodied movement & intuitive dance (with guest facilitator Sabina Malinalli)
• Pranayama & Paint: a two-hour creative ritual combining breathwork and intuitive art-making

About the Facilitators

Elena Maria Larsen is a Sedona-based yoga teacher, sound healer, and artist who specializes in creating soul-centered, community-powered experiences. After hitting rock-bottom with C-PTSD in an incident that crippled her left side and left her “bionic" 12 years ago; she turned to art, yoga, sound and Mother Nature as pathways to healing -- and she now guides others to do the same.

Elena has received over 1000 hours in Yoga Training from various lineages: Kundalini, Therapeutic Uses of Yoga, Satya and most recently, Sattva Himalayan Yoga + Kundalini where she studied in Rishikesh, India. She has been a sound meditation facilitator for over 6 years. Elena's classes incorporate wisdom from all areas of her education and she shares these yogic tools in hopes to uplift and empower others to amplify their inner light and turn inward to deeper presence and inner peace.

Known for her deeply intuitive, compassionate and grounded approach to teaching– Elena weaves ritual, movement, and creativity into powerful spaces of transformation. Sabina Malinalli is an Embodied Dance Teacher, Dancing Freedom Facilitator and Certified Psychedelic Educator and Integration Guide. She walks the red road path as a moon dancer and pipe carrier under the Mexica tradition. She is a Shamanic Reiki Energy Work practitioner.

Sara Krevoy is an intuitive guide and holistic wellness practitioner who walks between the mystical and grounded. She is dedicated to facilitating illuminating journeys of body mind and spirit- with a toolkit that includes Reiki, Tarot, yoga/healing movement and much more. Sara also offers personalized coaching, mentorship and experiences.
