Women seeking to unplug from the world connect with nature and spend time together under the Sycamore trees and the stars can join in for fun learning and growth. This retreat in Sedona will involve tent camping hiking yoga and more.

We will build community while gaining clarity calmness and practicing creativity and connection with the wilderness. We have a group campsite in Sedona near Oak Creek where the area is rich with nature and begging for exploration.

With five Vegetarian camp meals provided you will be well cared for with a focus on feeling and feeding your inner-wild woman with ceremony ancestral skills art movement and meditation.

Participants will need to be able to sleep in a tent hike three miles spend time outdoors rise and sleep with the sun put away technology eat a vegetarian whole-foods diet and take part in yoga and other activities during the weekend event.

Total price for the entire weekend is $175. This may be the most affordable retreat you can find! No resort fees no fancy attire needed. Come as you are.

Itinerary Brief:

Arrive between 2pm-330pm Friday afternoon to enjoy our opening circle at 4pm at our group campsite along Oak Creek. A warm vegetarian meal will be provided along with time for art and conversation around the fire. A guided nighttime Yoga Nidra meditation will aide in sleep

Saturday the day is ours after sleeping under the stars! Oats and fruit will fuel us for yoga and forest bathing. Free time will be had between meals and our Sunset Vortex Hike will culminate nearby with dinner after and group time by the fire.

Sunday the caves beckon after breakfast and we will honor them with exploration completion of our nature art and return to camp for a closing experience at 10:30am
