After you have booked the retreat, a live zoom call will be set up. A Zoom.us will be set up with each participant individually as a formal meet and greet prior to your arrival. Your final retreat itinerary will be sent 1 week before your arrival.


Will there be downtime at the retreat?
The retreat is a fixed program meant to be followed with discipline, created with your healing in mind. Participants will follow a fixed daily schedule which does allow individual self-care and free time.

Alcohol + Cigarettes
Alcohol/Cigarettes are not permitted throughout your entire duration with us. While we do not ceremonially practice plant medicine, all herbal remedies are welcomed, however tobacco is not permitted. After all, you have come to a retreat with people who want to connect their minds, bodies and spirit.
