This is a free of substance space, allowing you to open up in a safe container to let go, free your mind and bring the high vibes right down into your body being.

Come meet and dance with our Sedona dance tribe.

We invite you to arrive at 10.45am for a little stretch time and meet and greet before our 11am start for the opening circle to plant the seed of your intention and take a deeper dive into the entire experience. 

However we understand time is of the essence and you will join us as your flow permits.
