From classic locomotives to modern models, we’re bringing together all scales, styles, and skill levels under one roof.

Vendors will have the opportunity to:
Display layouts and collections
Sell trains, accessories, and memorabilia

If you’ve got something train-related to share—this is your stop! 🚉

Registration Dates: June 1 until booths are filled
28 total - 10x10 booth spaces with 1-8ft table and 1 chair provided.
Booths with electricity - $40
Booths without electricity - $30

Show is Saturday, November 7, 2026 from 9am-4pm at Convention Hall - Gym (1500 W. 3rd St., Sedalia, MO 65301).
Set up available on Friday, November 6, 2026 from 12pm-4pm.
All booths must tear down on Saturday, November 7 from 4pm-8pm
