Doors open at 9:00 am to pick up your 'Permission Slips' & begin your stroll through all of the booths. We are so excited to hear from our keynote speaker this year, Kim Ream, & have added multiple breakout information sessions & some interactive activities this year-more info to come soon! 

Round out the event by visiting all of the booths, getting your 'Permission Slips' signed & dropping off your entry for your chance to win prizes curated just for you by our generous supporters in the health & wellness industry.
