- **Event Description**: After the success of our first fascia flow class, we were excited to say the least! And we are thrilled to offer another unique opportunity promoting healing, wellbeing and connection. 

Bring your favorite partner or friend (anyone you feel comfortable touching) and learn different ways to help those you love most (including yourself) release stress, tension and fascia through various partner-assisted stretches and techniques. 

Why is this different? Nikki Freeman, YTT 200 & Enlifted mindset and breath work coach, Mica Vogler, LMT and Rebecca Eldenburg, RN & Level 2 Fasciologist and Fascial Maneuver Coach, will be teaching various stretches and maneuvers to release muscle tightness, tension and stress. You will be learning and practicing on each other, so both you and your partner will give AND receive release! Our goal is for you to leave with tools you can use to help each other feel better after a tough workout, a hard day or to feel more connected. 

Space is very limited so sign up early! 
Let’s continue making 2026 a year of wellness and heal our bodies together.

Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. You may also want to bring an extra towel or pad to provide more cushion during times when we are on our knees. We can’t wait to share this experience with you!
