There are many voices that move within us—carrying memories, fears, desires, beliefs. Beneath it all, there is a deeper truth that lives in the body. When we listen with presence and awareness, we begin to access this innate wisdom that can guide us with clarity and care.
This conscious movement workshop invites you to slow down and truly listen—to your body, your breath, your inner landscape. As you soften and attune to what is present, a deeper connection begins to emerge. You start to experience life not as something to manage or control, but as something to be in relationship with. A new way of being unfolds—one marked by presence, authenticity, and alignment with the greater whole. This is where personal and spiritual evolution begins.
The Wisdom of Listening explores one of the 4 Orientations of Azul: Listening, Allowing, Opening, and Moving Towards.
We begin here—because everything starts with listening.
In this workshop, you’ll be supported to:
- Listen through the body using breath, sensation, and movement
- Build inner connection and reestablish alignment with your heart
- Access the wisdom of the body as a source of guidance and support
- Strengthen your capacity to respond to life with clarity and authenticity
- Experience listening as a gateway into personal and spiritual evolution
What is Azul Conscious Movement?
Azul is a movement based spiritual practice that supports embodied awakening through conscious dance. It is a path of personal transformation that guides us towards the heart. As we transform ourselves we create the conditions for our world to transform.
Meet Amara Pagano
Amara is a leader and innovator in the world of conscious dance. She has been teaching movement as spiritual practice for over 30 years and led thousands of students on a journey of embodied awakening. She is the co-founder of OneDanceTribe and founder of the School of Azul which offers workshops, retreats and Teacher Certification internationally.
Soft Medicine
Workshop will take place at Soft Medicine venue. It is a place to call home - space for friends, events and community gatherings. It is located right in the downtown of Sebastopol.
