Self-care is health care. Your first patient is you! Come nurture yourself in the safety of a small, supportive 6-week group and learn to use a variety of mind body techniques for stress management, enhancing your capacity for resilience and self-awareness. In this fun and intimate series we will learn evidence-based practices, some ancient and some modern, such as guided imagery, biofeedback, spirituality, art, forgiveness, mindful movement and meditation.

Facilitator: Dana Valley is a Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Shamanic Practitioner, and mind-body medicine facilitator who creates compassionate, sacred spaces for healing and self-discovery. She is passionate about guiding others to reconnect with their inner power and bridging the gap between spirituality and whole-person care.
