Join us for an intimate evening of Embodied Zen with Sensei Corey Hess, a nationally acclaimed teacher who brings over fifteen years of monastic Zen training and embodied practice to his teaching.

Sensei Corey’s Zen Embodiment approach integrates energetic awareness, physical presence, and grounded inquiry. He offers teaching that is both accessible and deeply rooted, supporting practitioners of all experience levels in bringing their whole selves—body, breath, and heart—into the path.

Whether you are new to our sangha or a longtime practitioner, this evening offers a chance to reconnect, reset, and deepen.
