Our Memorial Day Murph workout will take place on Monday, May 25th, and this year we’ll have three available class times to help limit capacity and give everyone the best experience possible:

6:00 AM
7:00 AM
8:00 AM

If you are scaling, partitioning, or completing the workout as part of a team, we recommend coming to either the 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM class. These classes will have a time cap.

If you plan to complete the workout solo, with a weighted vest, or you think it may take you longer than an hour, we suggest coming to the 8:00 AM class, where there will be no time cap.

We love this workout and what it represents. As a tradition here at TCFAN, we want to make sure everyone has the space, support, and setup to train safely and effectively.

Everyone is welcome to stay, hang out, support each other, and celebrate together at the end of all classes.
