As the light of the year reaches its still point at the Winter Solstice, join us in the Mahavidyas Labyrinth for a heart-centered morning of renewal, movement, and reflection. Through Kali Natha Yoga, mantra, and fire, we honor the return of the light and the subtle power, of new beginnings, leading us through darkness into awakening.

Our morning begins with an offering to the fire and a guided inward reflection. Together we’ll move through breath practices and gentle asana, invoking the Mahavidyas—the ten Great Mothers infused into the stones of the labyrinth by Ma Jaya. Our practice flows into mantra and sacred silence, closing once more at the fire, where we welcome the returning light and set heartfelt intentions for the season ahead.

We will close with prayers of loving kindness and share prasad together. All are welcome, come as you are and step into the balance of the equinox with community, devotion, and renewal.

This class welcomes all levels. This is an opportunity to connect more deeply with yourself and at the same time letting go.

Mats, props, and blankets will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
