At Stella Maris Environmental Research, we want to give back to the amazing people in our community this holiday season-- that's you! As a Christmas gift to the community, we are offering FREE squid dissections in Sebastian, FL at Riverview Park on 12/15/25! We have two timeslots for this event:
3:30-4:30pm: Kids/ Families Only
5-6pm: Adults Only (Sunset, 18+ event)

Join us for an interactive, hands-on squid dissection where curiosity meets discovery! This exciting event is designed for science enthusiasts of all ages, offering a unique opportunity to explore the natural world through a guided dissection.
🔬 What to Expect:
• 🦑 Get up close and personal with squid while learning about anatomy, adaptations, and more about the IRL ecosystem.
• 👕 Wear clothes that can get messy
• 😃 Kids/ Families Only Session: All ages of kids & guardians welcome but 14 and under need an adult accompaniment.
• 💫 Adults Only Session: Bug spray recommended (in case the mosquitos want to say hi that day)

***Important Information: A waiver is required in order to participate. Waivers will be available to sign at the event and parents/ guardians must sign on behalf of their participating minors.***
