We debuted this cross-discipline class at our Grand Ballroom Weekend Event and it was a huge hit! We are so excited to bring it back to you this December. It is currently available on Mindbody, so log in and reserve your place. 

Yoga for Dancers is a co-taught experience with four of Reverie’s tenured instructors — Shelly Storm, Loc Le, Meg Griffin, and Justin Kollmann.

Enhance your flexibility, strength, and body awareness in this one-of-a-kind yoga class designed especially for social dancers. If you dance late into the night in sneakers for Lindy Hop or West Coast Swing and need support, or you'd like to increase your core strength for those salsa spins, this class is dedicated to your unique physical needs. 

We’ll focus on postures that support balance, joint stability, core strength, and muscular recovery. These are essential elements for dancers and will help with injury prevention. Class concludes with a 15-minute sound bath, guiding you into deep relaxation and focused calm both on and off the dance floor.

Open to dancers of all styles and levels — no prior yoga experience required.

No need to have a mat, we'll have them free to use, as always at Reverie Yoga. Just bring your open heart and willingness to connect.
