Then, settle into Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep”, a guided meditation practice that brings the body into profound relaxation while the mind remains softly aware.We often go to bed carrying stress and wake up still feeling foggy or depleted. This practice offers a chance to intentionally reset your nervous system, calm the mind, and experience a deeper state of restoration.Leave feeling lighter, grounded, and deeply restored with a warm community! About the instructor: Brynn BakerBrynn is a certified yoga instructor, artist, and avid traveler based in Seattle passionate about helping people feel alive through movement, creativity, and community.Spending several years abroad inspired her to explore holistic health across cultures, including studying yoga and Ayurveda in India, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and wellness practices throughout South America.
