Yin yoga weaves together South Asian yogic practices with the wisdom of Taoism and Chinese Medicine, offering a rich container grounded in the seasons and elements. Whether you want to stretch and hydrate the connective tissues of the body, work with your energy, soothe the mind, or drop into a place of wisdom and intuition, Yin offers something for every body.Expect grounding guidance and pranayam (breath/life force practices), an asana practice (generally 4-6 postures, held for several minutes each), and extended integration with soundbath.Our weekly, 90-minute classes will be themed to the season and moment, reflecting and integrating what is happening in the wider world and in our lives.Event details🕛 When: Thursdays from 7-8:30PM (Doors open at 6:50PM for an on-time start. Please note that doors are secured during the practice. The inside of the sanctuary is one level. Masking is welcomed. Practitioners may hear some noise from above the studio space.
