All voices and all ages are welcome, and no singing experience is necessary.Whole Village is an all-ages community singing experience: the songs will (still) be primarily geared toward adults, while kids are welcomed into the space to listen, sing, move, play, and participate in whatever way works for them. We’ll have a dedicated kids’ activity area right next to the song circle with a dedicated facilitator, though please note that parents or caregivers are still responsible for supervising their children. So, the same song-circle fun we are used to, with a little more space and grace for our little ones. And you don’t need to have kids to join us! We hope our friends, neighbors, aunties, uncles, and elders will come sing, too - it takes all of us to make a village.The People’s Echo song leaders will guide us through a collection of nourishing songs taught call-and-response style and learned by ear.
