We look forward to seeing you in person on Monday, November 17, 6-8pm PT at the South Seattle offices of Young Women Empowered (Y-WE), located at 5623 Rainier Ave S, Seattle, WA. There is plenty of street parking and the venue is accessible via the #7 bus line.
Once you have RSVP’d, you will receive a confirmation email, along with updates leading up to the event to help you prepare.
What to expect? There is no cost to RSVP for this event that focuses on OWN's mission and students. Together, we will enjoy:
-Complimentary appetizers and non-alcoholic beverages (including Moroccan mint tea!).
-An introduction to the artistic tradition of Arabic calligraphy - and the chance to try your hand at it!
-Storytelling by OWN alumni.
-A look into OWN's leadership program with a mini workshop.
-A chance to share your belief in the power of global education with a solidarity gift to the students of OneWorld Now.
