The Work That Remains is a continuing dinner series exploring labor, love, and the unseen hands that shape hospitality.

Hosted at Lightsleeper on Sunday, November 16, where each plate reflects a deeper pursuit—of memory, growth, and risk. It’s not about one person or one dish—it’s about the work we share, the stories we inherit, and the quiet moments that connect them. This meal is an offering—for those who have been with us from the beginning and for those just finding us now.

Ticket includes: •A multi-course tasting menu for $125 • Optional wine pairing for $60 (Tickets are non-refundable but transferable.) Non-alcoholic options available at premise.
