TAP 4.0: The Nyxology Sessions, Installment 8 ABOUT 'TAP 4.0: The Nyxology Sessions' are high-level experiments in the art and craft of designing and presenting simultaneous, multi-participant and multi-discipline live performances (or "art-theater") that inhabit a venue's on and off-stage spaces and feature the live-scores of Christopher Hydinger's The Antenna Project as the core audience experience. Installment 8 is titled ‘A Journey Into Calm in Six Movements’ and will feature six astrophotography videoworks projections by Milky Way Matt, six movement art pieces by Christian Swenson and six instrumental live-scores by The Antenna Project. Installment 8 is also an official Calm Culture Collective performance. The Calm Culture Collective is a collaborative social club, a consistent and reliable platform for its members to connect with each other and constructively discuss issues as well as personal experiences relating to Calm and to then co-develop consistent and reliable Calm-generating mechanisms through their various disciplines and positions in the community. The project’s mantra is Devoted to the Present, a double nod to both the “present” as current moment and as gift.
