Classes are led by Danielle Beiling MPH, a Ballard mom of two and certified children’s yoga instructor. 

The buildings doors are locked so please register in advance so I know to expect you, it also helps for planning session activities and prop set up. You can text me at 941-266-8449 if you are late or dropping in. New students required to complete liability waiver in advance of class. Copies available on site but you can find them on https://littlelightyoga.net/ and email it to me to save time: daniqbee@gmail.com.

Arrive at 3:45 PM to settle in before class.

$15/child + adult pair/class. $5 for additional child (buddy/sibbling discount). Payment is due upon arrival via cash or venmo.

Yoga squares provided for participants. You are also welcome to bring your favorite yoga supplies.
