The container is held by two End of Life Doulas.Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal bowls and gong in a guided journey hosted by Bree Rose, while receiving the subtle energy healing of , tuning fork attunement and singing bowl massage from Melissa Gonzales.This gathering is a time to honor and remember the beloveds, grief, loss and mourning however it is present.Come as you are, with your open heart and mind, while receving the healing vibrations and join us in creating a space of rest, self care, love and remembrance.*Free RSVP in advance. 8 person limit.Sliding scale donation made in person day of event (cash or Venmo)Details:Gather together with a small group of 8 or less in an intimate setting to become immersed in vibrations as a 32" gong, and crystal singing bowls as the gates of your subconscious are opened to embark on a journey of clearing and grounding that is personal to you.The cymatic journey provides the opportunity for rest, inner peace, somatic release and calms the nervous system. The container we share is an opportunity to be in compassionate company.Herbal tea and light snacks will follow the soundbath giving everyone an opportunity to gather in community.What to bring:-If you wish, bring something comfortable to lay upon, or a blanket and a sleep mask or scarf to cover your eyes. There will be some time following the journey to share experiences if you feel called and to decompress together. (We do bring a few yoga mats, bolsters and blankets if needed.)-Journal if you are inspired by the experience to journal or draw.-Guests are encouraged to bring photos and mementos of their loved ones or items that are connected to what they are grieving in rememberance, adding to a community altar of the ancestors.Sliding Scale|Donation based:This is a donation based gathering.Suggested donation: $20-30 |No one will be turned away due to lack of funds.Our trauma informed container is accessible to all, while honoring the cost of safe(r) space rental, and the service of the facilitators. Donations also support community members in need of death doula assistance who cannot afford services, and other vital services during these complex and challenging times.
