On March 20th, we officially shift from winter to spring. This means coming out of our winter cocoons and stepping back into our creative, inspired, and lively selves. The spring equinox signals a shift in nature — animals come out of hibernation, flowers begin blooming, and the earth starts anew. And you, being a part of this nature, also get to begin again.

We will work with the medicine of cacao and shamanic journeying to bring a light and loving presence to your heart — to awaken your spirit and inspire you to take aligned action toward a life filled with prosperity. This ceremony is designed to wake you from winter’s deep slumber and guide you into the liveliness of spring. To awaken an inspired heart and a big YES to life — and to the unknown abundance waiting for you. It’s about cultivating an inner smile of peace and presence, and living a life you feel excited about once again.

Throughout the journey, you will receive the healing vibrations of sound to support the energetic clearing of the winter blues and help you align more deeply with your lively self. This will include crystal sound bowls, shamanic drumming, and healing chants designed to awaken your inner freedom, creative nature, and love.
