Dargarth's Annual Skull Bowl Tournament is back!
- Date: Sunday, April 19th (with a jugger practice 3 weeks before on March 29th)
- Location: Volunteer Park, Seattle (probably by the Amphitheater)
- Time: 12pm (weapons check/field set up/team sign-ups starts at noon, games should start around 1pm)
What is Skullbowl?
Skullbowl is an annual jugger tournament that's been going on for about 12 years now.
What is Jugger?
Jugger is a 5v5 game where players are assigned positions and must move a dogskull (ball) to score points.
Positions, each team fields 1 of each:
- Quick: Dagger only. Only player who can touch the ball and score
- Shield: Blue/green and shield
- Slash: Florentine (two blue/greens)
- Chain: Fights with a chain (special jugger weapon)
- Heavy: Fights with any weapon over 48”. Cannot move past the halfway mark on the field
We expect to see 4+ teams, so there should be a good amount of games to be played! If you don't have a team we usually have 1-2 pick up teams as well formed from people who show up.
Prizes!
Every year the winning team gets matching belt flags.
