Over the last decade, they’ve become a foremost voice in Seattle’s vibrant network of song circles and resistance singers as a lead organizer and songleader with local song collectives, including The People’s Echo, Whole Body Choir, and Singing Resistance Seattle. In 2025 they founded their own community singing group, the Keep Going Choir, which meets seasonally in Columbia City. Bex is a firm believer in the power of art, music, and creativity to foster individual and collective healing. They bring electric energy and love of authentic, embodied expression to community singing, along with a reverence for ritual and a healthy dose of humor & playfulness.
