IFPA EVENT!
 
Sunday 9th of November, Doors open at 11am for registration and practice, sign CLOSE at 11:50AM and tournament starting at 12:30PM!
84 PLAYERS LIMIT, FIRST COME FIRST SERVE.
 
For the qualifying part, we will have a 4 player style Matchplay qualifying (Balanced pairing, 7-5-3-1 scoring, 7-4-1 in case of 3 players group, game and position on game chosen at random). We will run UP TO 8 Matchplay rounds (less if attendance is putting us behind schedule, no qualifying round would start after 7:15PM).
 
The top 16 players (Tie breaker based on most 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th place finishes in that order, if needed ranking from previous rounds will be used) at the end of the qualifying would move on to a seeded Head-to-Head single elimination bracket best out of 3 finals!

Game for each match will be chosen at random, for up to 3 games per round on the same machine with position of play chosen by the winner of a coin flip for the 1st game. Loser of the 1st game then gets to choose position for the next match in the best of 3. First person to win 2 match moves onto the next round. The format continues until the winner is decided.

Grand finals will be played on the prize machine.

In parallel we will have a TOP 8 B finals following the same format. Players with an IFPA ranking of 1,000+. TOP 4 B players get cash prizes.
PRIZES:

CASH PRIZES TO all 16 FINALIST PLACE and as usual lots of raffles!

1st: 21% of pot + To Be Confirmed
2nd: 16% of pot
3rd: 13% of pot
4th: 10% of pot
5th-8th:5% of pot for each player
9th-16th: 2.5% of pot for each player
(POT will have IFPA fee taken out, payout may be rounded up/down)

B Finals:
1st: $50
2nd: $30
3rd: $20
4th: $10
 
Tournament to follow official IFPA/PAPA rules below EXCEPT when local TD need to adapt rules based on location/events.
