The Seattle Metro Classic has been a summer staple since 2018, is the largest independent pickleball tournament in the country (not APP or PPA), and is run by a non-profit organization, the Seattle Metro Pickleball Association. The SMC will return July 28 to Aug 2, but we couldn't wait! The Seattle Metro Winter Classic (SMWC) is a new winter tournament brought to you by the same team that organizes the summer version and, like its older sibling, is sure to be an instant “classic.” 

This event has it all — singles, doubles, and refereed matches, as well as $10,000 in prize money up for grabs in the Open Divisions.

This winter edition is brand new — but it’s shaping up to deliver the same high-level competition players expect.
