This event is co-sponsored by Alliance Française de Seattle.Felwine Sarr is a Senegalese writer, economist, and musician, and the Anne-Marie Bryan Chair in French and Francophone Studies at Duke University. Widely regarded as one of the most prominent African intellectuals, he is the author of Dahij (2009), Afrotopia (2016), Habiter le monde (2017), and Les Lieux qu'habitent mes rêves (2022).Malick Ndiaye is a Senegalese essayist, writer, and poet. He serves as an Associate Professor of French and African Studies at Seattle University. He is the author of Altercultures (2011), Un Nègre à Tanger (2013), Temps Divers (2019), and Lettres à un Président Africain (2024).
