New Year Reset Sound Bath

With the ending of the previous year, this new year presents the opportunity to do a reset. Taking all of the lessons, hardships, joyful experiences of the last year and setting them aside. Allowing yourself to have a fresh start.

The sound bath will start out with a short, guided meditation to set the intention then moving into flowing sequences using gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, drums, koshi and healing chimes. This creates experiences that can lower the brainwaves down to altered/dreamlike states using the power of the frequencies from the instruments. This brings one into deeply relaxed states in the body and mind.
