2. Freakout Festival

Freakout Festival
was held annually in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood and it is a 4-day event
celebrating rock, punk, psychedelic and experimental music. Running every
November, it features a diverse lineup including past headliners like The
Seeds, Kid Congo Powers and Viagra Boys. It was founded in 2013 by Seattle
musician Guy Keltner the festival has grown from its roots in Capitol Hill
