The sense of uncertainty that now plagues the world creates increasing feelings of vulnerability and anxiety within us. A greater sense of self and a deeper sense of soul become necessary, both to avoid overwhelm and to live meaningfully. For, what disrupts the world and shatters familiar patterns can also awaken us to more authentic ways of seeing and being.

Each soul born naturally carries genius qualities, a true sense of calling and a meaningful purpose in life. Awakening to our authentic sense of self protects our psychological well-being. It also allows the story set within our souls to unfold and that can lead to awakening, finding healing and experiencing moments of wholeness.

Solving the pressing problems in the outer world turns out to require a transformation of our inner world. While we may feel isolated and overwhelmed, we are not alone. Rather, we can be inspired and guided by the archetypes of wholeness and creativity which respond to times of crisis and upheaval. As we transform ourselves from within we can find ways to contribute to a transformation of the world.
