Diego and Yaritza have spent years teaching and performing around the world—in the United States, Europe, Asia, and Latin America—sharing the essence of New York style salsa and the culture that inspires it.
Together, they co-founded D&Y Salsa Academy, an online and in-person school that now connects over 350 students from more than 60 countries. Their platform offers live and recorded classes in footwork, partnerwork, body movement, pachanga, boogaloo, musicality, and styling—helping dancers grow step by step from beginner to advanced levels.
Known for their warm energy and clear teaching style, Diego and Yaritza focus on technique, rhythm, and connection while keeping the joy of social dancing alive. They’ve been invited to teach and perform at major festivals around the world, representing the elegance, musicality, and roots of mambo with their unique touch.
