May is also a significant month because it recognizes Golden Spike Day, May 10, 1869, which marks the completion of the transcontinental railroad that was built with significant contributions from Chinese workers.This year, join lululemon as we celebrate AAPI Heritage Month through three weeks of cooking and connection. We will be highlighting four local AAPI-identifying chefs who will walk us through preparing and cooking a dish of their choice.Each event will have 20 tickets available with the ability to purchase two tickets per person. His boat, the Popo Too, is still moored at the He'eia Kea Pier. I even use the knife he gave me when I was 8 years old everyday! I was, and continue to be, a Foodie even before it became a thing.
