In this class you'll spend an evening with us learning how to make, shape and bake beautiful laminated doughs. We'll make croissants, pain au chocolat, and filled danishes and show you our techniques for getting the flakiest, most buttery and delicious pastries. You'll be able to use the dough recipe for a variety of things in the future!
No refunds for this class, but you can give your ticket to a friend or family member if you cannot use it.
