Classes include a set of exercises, breathing techniques, meditation and chanting, and a generous savasana with a Gong bath for full body integration.No previous yoga experience is required for you to attain results with your very first class. Suitable for anybody and ANY BODY at any level.Join us at Inner Alchemy, Sanctuary and Studio located at 3618 SW Alaska Street, Seattle 98126. Please note that we are located beneath the West Seattle Veteran's Hall and our entrance is on 37th Ave Sw, on the lower level of the building, with an Inner Alchemy sign to the right of the door. She recently returns from Swan’s Island,Maine where she grew kelp on an ocean farm in BlueHill Bay. She teaches creative movement tokindergarteners through 5th graders at The Global IdeaSchool in Redmond and also substitutes in theclassrooms. She is a reading tutor for Seattle Publicschools and volunteers for SCORE. Karn has aMasters in Dance and physical education from theUniversity of Iowa and a Bachelor’s degree in Danceand humanities from Mount Holyoke College. Shetaught ballet for over 30 years in Seattle as well aschoreographed, performed, costumed andcollaborated on numerous performance art eventsincluding film making. Karn recently produced TIDES,a short black & white 16mm film shot and edited byAdam Sekuler, which will screen at the MaineInternational Film Festival on July 18 &19.
