Build on foundational skills, refine abilities, and establish healthy habits, to ensure your client’s progress and maximize the benefits of their Pilates practice.

Personalized Privates and Semi-Privates with Lori and Atlas Pilates staff instructors are available by appointment. Availability is limited.


These Seminars are open to Pilates teachers who’ve studied in other reputable programs, as well as individual Pilates practitioners who have sufficient experience. All prospective enrollment is subject to approval by Lori Coleman-Brown.
