From piquillo peppers stuffed with a savory tuna filling to a classic, fluffy Spanish omelette topped with garlic aioli, plus the simple perfection of pan con tomate, you’ll discover how a few small plates can deliver big flavor. Spanish Tapas Night is great for date nights, outings with friends, or anyone who loves bold, Mediterranean-inspired dishes.

What You’ll Make

You’ll craft Piquillo Peppers Stuffed with Tuna, master a traditional Spanish Omelette with Garlic Aioli, and learn how to make Pan con Tomate—an iconic tapa that highlights fresh, rustic ingredients. Chef Sara will guide you step-by-step through each recipe, making the techniques approachable for beginners while still engaging for seasoned home cooks.

Our classes are designed to be casual, approachable, and fun for everyone—whether you cook regularly or are just starting out. With your workstation fully prepped, all you need to do is show up ready to cook, learn, and enjoy. Chef Sara keeps the atmosphere lively and informative, ensuring you’ll leave confident enough to recreate your own tapas night at home.

Before You Arrive

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking party and may work with other students in groups of 2–5 by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are not included in the ticket price. Outside beverages are not permitted.
