Meditating in community has a unique way of deepening our experience, reminding us that we are connected not only to ourselves, but to one another and the natural world. Each gathering features Kirtan Kriya, a simple yet powerful meditation that combines chanting the sounds Saa Taa Naa Maa, gentle finger movements (mudras), and visualization to calm the mind, improve focus, reduce stress, and cultivate a profound sense of inner peace.
