This week we'll feature a Seattle favorite, katiefishface! *The workshop will run from 6:45 - 8:00pm. Our regular open jam will happen simultaneously and run until 9:00! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **Silk Fan Specifics: Introduction to Silk Veiled Fans, and Intermediate tricks that are specific to Silk Fans. **About Katie: Katie is a Pacific Northwest based flow arts with over 13 years of experience dancing with hoops and fans. Katie has a deep focus on giving yourself permission to play-- it is so important at any age and any stage! Cost is on a sliding scale/pay-what-you-can basis, $10-35 suggested. We will have as many extra silk fans as we can to share with students! If you have any extra that you can bring, we'd be most grateful. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ FlowShop is a weekly gathering for flow artists, jugglers, dancers, and other movement artists to come together for practice and play. We've always got extra to share. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **How To Find Us at Volunteer Park: We're on the grassy hill near the Volunteer Park Conservatory and the dahlia garden. Both of these areas show up in a GPS search. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **Accessibility: The area we gather in is on a slightly sloped grass area.
