Town & Country are proud to partner with Johnson and Gunstone, a family-owned shellfish farm who've been operating out of Discovery Bay for over 100 years. We're delighted to welcome Reid Johnson, a 5th generation oyster farmer, to join us for a conversation about oyster farming and their commitment to sustainability, and to share some of his delicious oysters with you.
Each $25 ticket nets you:
3 freshly-shucked oysters to sample
1 oyster shucking knife
Some of T&C's own oyster recipes
