- **Event Description**: Join yoga teacher Cassidy Bristol, and DJ Luke Rain as they combine forces to weave the medicine of ecstatic dance with the structure of yoga asana. Guided meditation, somatic touch, and music led movement are a few of the tools we explore to access medicinal dance. This is a journey to contact our authentic self. With this connection in place, contact with others is approachable. That could be touch, eye contact, or just moving freely next to another human. This space offers the opportunity to connect with consent. The choice to remain in connection with just self is also celebrated ✨

Drop in with us. No experience needed. We will be on and off our mats with the invitation to move freely and share our discoveries. Wear breathable clothes, bring a water bottle and a mat if you have them- mats and water cups are also available at the studio. 

We are holding Ecstatic Yoga Dance workshops on 3 Saturdays this summer: 7/26, 8/23 and 8/30. All will be similar but slightly different, come to any one, two or all 3 to drop in to new ways to move your body!

Investment: $35 (or purchase a 3 pack for $90 that can be used for ecstatic yoga dances as well as our sound baths, gong meditations and other special sound events!)

Cancellation Policy: No refunds can be offered. Should you provide at least 48 hrs notice that you cannot attend (email hello@columbiacityyoga.com) your Columbia City Yoga account will be credited the tuition amount, which will be available for future use.
