We are guided in this time of transformation to connect to the timeless wisdoms of grief to support our lives and purpose.Day of the DeadThis is a special month to honor those who have passed with our Day of the Dead Altar.  You are invited to bring photos of those you love to be honored in our community altar.Join Mental Health Therapist, Grief Guide, Movement and Sound Artist Liziah Elizabeth for a trauma informed embodied exploration of grief and transformation.
