Join us for an evening of connection, creativity, and embodied wisdom in a welcoming space created for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color.

Through the playful and transformative practices of InterPlay, we’ll explore simple movement, storytelling, silence, laughter, and connection that help us access the wisdom already living within our bodies. Together, we’ll create a supportive community where we can show up authentically, nourish our spirits, and celebrate the richness of our lived experiences.

No experience is needed. InterPlay is for every body, every age, and every level of ability.

• Stress relief and renewal
• Joy, laughter, and creativity
• A deeper connection to your body’s wisdom
• A welcoming and inclusive space to be fully yourself
